Design implication: reduce navigational depth and unify alerts across web and mobile.

Key findings & recommendations

Usability testing

Users struggled with nested menus. We propose consolidated quick actions and contextual filters.

High false-positive alerts reduce trust. We recommend rule tuning and alert severity tiers.

Critical actions must be reachable on mobile — we prototyped a compact action bar.
